Eight services, one practitioner
Particle Analytx offers eight marketing services to analytical instrumentation and biotech startups: fractional CMO leadership, strategic planning, market research and positioning, brand and messaging, content development, product launch, sales enablement, and workshops. Each runs as standalone project work or as part of an ongoing engagement, and all of them are delivered by one person.

The order that tends to work
Nothing here has to be bought in order. But work done out of sequence usually gets redone, so this is the sequence I recommend when a company is starting from scratch.
Decide the market
Strategic planning, then market research and positioning. Everything downstream depends on these two.
Fix the language
Brand and messaging, so the position is stated the same way everywhere.
Build the material
Content development and sales enablement, aimed at the buying process rather than a calendar.
Take it to market
Product launch, and a fractional CMO engagement if the direction needs holding week to week.
Questions about how the services work
Which service should I start with?
Most companies start with 90 Days to Market, because positioning decisions change what every other service produces. If the position is already settled and written down, start with content or sales enablement.
Can I buy one service on its own?
Yes. Each of these runs as standalone project work. The fractional CMO engagement is the one that assumes continuity, because directing other people is the point of it.
Do you work with companies outside life science?
The methods generalise to anything with measurable particle content — powders, inks, coatings, catalysts, minerals, food systems. Pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical work is the deepest experience, not the boundary.
How many clients do you take at once?
A small number, so each engagement gets senior attention rather than a delegated account team. That is the trade-off of buying a practitioner instead of an agency.
Do you run sample analysis?
No. I advise on which method answers your question and which instrumentation covers it. I do not run samples and do not sell testing services.
Not sure which piece you need?
Describe the situation on a call and I will tell you which of these applies — including if the answer is none of them yet.
